These terms govern your use of medpraxpharma.com and any order you place through it. By using the site you accept them. Please read them before ordering.
Med Prax Pharma is an importer, pharmacy wholesaler, exporter, and healthcare service provider operating from Dhaka, Bangladesh, supplying medical equipment, healthcare accessories, pharmaceutical products, and organic food supplements.
You agree to give accurate information when you order or open an account, and to keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, copy its content for commercial use, or use it for anything unlawful.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions, specifications, and usage notes are supplied for information only and do not replace the judgement of a qualified doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.
We describe products as accurately as we can using information from manufacturers and importers. Packaging, batch details, and minor specifications can change without notice, and screen colours vary between devices, so the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.
Listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, a partial delivery, or a refund.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before doing so.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside the area we serve, a required prescription is missing, or we suspect fraud.
Order confirmations and updates are sent to the phone number or email address you supply, so please make sure they are correct.
Dealer pricing, minimum quantities, and bulk terms are quoted per order and confirmed in writing. Published dealer prices are indicative and subject to availability and quantity.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, payment is due in full when the parcel is handed over. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared.
We deliver across Bangladesh. Charges and expected timeframes are shown at checkout and depend on your district. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, strikes, holidays, and courier delays.
Please check your parcel on arrival. If a package is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent and contact us the same day.
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse our staff.
The Med Prax Pharma name, logo, site design, and original text belong to us. Product images, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we sell. You may not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit to sell. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather resolve a complaint directly, so please contact us first.

অর্ডার বা অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় সঠিক তথ্য দিতে এবং পাসওয়ার্ড নিজের কাছে রাখতে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে দেওয়া অর্ডারের দায়িত্ব আপনারই। ওয়েবসাইটের কাজে বাধা দেওয়া, বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে এর বিষয়বস্তু নকল করা, বা বেআইনি কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

প্রস্তুতকারক ও আমদানিকারকের দেওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী আমরা যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুলভাবে পণ্যের বিবরণ দিই। প্যাকেজিং, ব্যাচের বিবরণ ও ছোটখাটো স্পেসিফিকেশন আগাম ঘোষণা ছাড়াই বদলাতে পারে, আর ডিভাইসভেদে পর্দায় রঙ ভিন্ন দেখায় তাই প্রাপ্ত পণ্যের চেহারায় সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্য দেখানো মানেই তা স্টকে আছে এমন নয়। অর্ডারের পর কোনো পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ হলে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বিকল্প পণ্য, আংশিক ডেলিভারি বা টাকা ফেরতের ব্যবস্থা করব।
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় এবং অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে প্রযোজ্য কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটে আলাদাভাবে দেখানো হয়। মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, তবে নিশ্চিত হয়ে যাওয়া অর্ডারে তার কোনো প্রভাব পড়ে না।
কারিগরি বা মানবিক ভুলের কারণে কোনো পণ্যের দাম স্পষ্টতই ভুল দেখালে, সেই দামে সরবরাহ না করে আমরা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দিতে পারি। তার আগে আপনাকে জানানো হবে।
অর্ডার দেওয়া মানে কেনার প্রস্তাব দেওয়া। আমরা অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করলে তবেই চুক্তি সম্পন্ন হয়। পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা আমাদের সেবা এলাকার বাইরে হলে, প্রয়োজনীয় প্রেসক্রিপশন না থাকলে, বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহ হলে আমরা অর্ডার ফিরিয়ে দিতে পারি।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ ও হালনাগাদ আপনার দেওয়া ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইলে পাঠানো হয়, তাই সেগুলো সঠিক আছে কি না দেখে নিন।
ডিলার মূল্য, সর্বনিম্ন পরিমাণ ও পাইকারি শর্ত প্রতিটি অর্ডারের জন্য আলাদাভাবে জানানো হয় এবং লিখিতভাবে নিশ্চিত করা হয়। ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানো ডিলার মূল্য নির্দেশক মাত্র, এবং তা প্রাপ্যতা ও পরিমাণের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
চেকআউটে দেখানো পদ্ধতিগুলোতে আমরা পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পার্সেল হস্তান্তরের সময় পুরো টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে। টাকা পরিশোধ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত পণ্য আমাদের সম্পত্তি হিসেবেই থাকে।
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিই। চার্জ ও সম্ভাব্য সময় চেকআউটে দেখানো হয় এবং তা জেলার ওপর নির্ভর করে। ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক, নিশ্চিত প্রতিশ্রুতি নয় আবহাওয়া, হরতাল, ছুটি ও কুরিয়ার বিলম্বে তা বদলাতে পারে।
পার্সেল হাতে পেয়ে দেখে নিন। প্যাকেট বাইরে থেকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মনে হলে ডেলিভারিম্যানকে জানিয়ে রাখুন এবং সেদিনই আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
ফেরত ও টাকা ফেরতের নিয়ম আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি-তে বলা আছে, যা এই শর্তাবলিরই অংশ।
আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন। এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন করা, প্রতারণামূলক ব্যবহার, বা আমাদের কর্মীদের সাথে দুর্ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
মেড প্র্যাক্স ফার্মা নাম, লোগো, ওয়েবসাইটের নকশা ও মৌলিক লেখা আমাদের সম্পত্তি। পণ্যের ছবি, ব্র্যান্ডের নাম ও ট্রেডমার্ক তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের, এবং আমরা যেসব পণ্য বিক্রি করি তা চিহ্নিত করতেই সেগুলো এখানে দেখানো হয়। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে আমাদের বিষয়বস্তু ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
বিবরণের সাথে মিল রেখে বিক্রয়যোগ্য পণ্য সরবরাহ করার দায়িত্ব আমাদের। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি, মুনাফার ক্ষতি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই, এবং যেকোনো অর্ডারে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় আপনার পরিশোধিত অর্থের সমান।
আইনত যে দায় সীমিত করা যায় না যেমন আমাদের অবহেলায় মৃত্যু বা শারীরিক ক্ষতি, কিংবা প্রতারণা এখানে তার কিছুই সীমিত করা হয়নি।
সুবিধার জন্য আমরা অন্য ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক দিই। সেগুলো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নয়, এবং তাদের বিষয়বস্তু বা শর্তাবলির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
